Shipping
- We provide FREE SHIPPING for all orders of £350 worldwide.
- This is a U.K. webstore. We ship orders from the UK.
- We cannot cover customs and duties to the rest of the world. Please read guidelines below.
USISI SISTER understands that often quick delivery is needed, which is why we ship DHL Express for all orders. All delivery timeframes provided are for your guidance and apply to working days only (excluding Bank Holidays). Whilst we try our best to get your order to you in the specified time, occasionally some things are beyond our control. If there is a delay in receiving your order, please contact us via email at info@usisi-sister.com and we will endeavour to resolve with the courier as quickly as possible.
Orders are shipped via DHL express in USISI SISTER branded sustainable packing.
A tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival into their shipping country.
At this time we unfortunately do not ship to Russia or to PO Boxes.

Orders will be despatched next working day and shipped via DHL express.
UK: Next working day
EUROPE: 2-3 business days
USA: 3-4 business days
REST OF THE WORLD: 3-4 business days
Please note, DHL do NOT ship on weekends.
Shipping Costs
For orders under £250, shipping costs are as follows:
UK: Free
EUROPE: £27.00
USA: £22.00
REST OF THE WORLD: £27.00
Taxes and Duties
UK: No duties or taxes to be paid
EUROPE: Any local taxes and duties to be paid by the customer
USA: Any local taxes and duties to be paid by the customer
REST OF THE WORLD: Any local taxes and duties to be paid by the customer.
International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees. Customs duties or taxes are not payable by Usisi Sister payment is the sole responsibility of the customer. Usisi Sister has no insight into these fees and cannot estimate the costs at the time of order placement. Prior to placing your order please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you – note that regulations and guidelines differ by country.
If you refuse a shipment from Usisi Sister you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning your order parcel to Usisi Sister. This amount will be deducted from your order refund once the shipment has been received back.
Returns
Although we hope that your order delights you, if you are not totally satisfied with your items, we will offer a full return policy within 14 days.
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or click Request Return in the homepage footer, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
We do NOT offer free returns.

Free Shipping Promotion
Standard terms and conditions still apply during any free shipping promotion.
Any free shipping promotions are subject to USISI SISTERS's right to do the following at any time: (i) cancel the promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's right to benefit from it and (iii) amend the terms and conditions of the promotion.
This promotion is valid in conjunction with other offers and can be used more than once. The promotion is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchase or alternative shipping option such as express shipping. It is valid only on USISI’s web-stores or on orders placed via phone to USISI’s web-store.
Free shipping promotions are with our standard shipping services. USISI SISTER do not guarantee or are responsible for standard shipping times.
